Curious about scuba diving? Our Try Dive is the ideal first diving experience for complete beginners! This half-day adventure lets you sample the underwater world without committing to a full course. We start with a short briefing and shallow water practice, where you’ll learn the basics of breathing underwater and hand signals in a calm, pool-like setting. Then, accompanied closely by your instructor, you’ll go on an easy open water dive (max depth ~12m) to explore Tenerife’s marine life for real! 🐠

Feel butterflies in your stomach? No worries – we specialize in anxious or nervous divers. Your instructor will stay right by your side, adjusting the pace to your comfort. By the time you surface, you’ll be grinning from ear to ear, amazed at what you’ve achieved. Choose a single dive (€80) or upgrade to two dives (€130) for an extended experience (you’ll visit a second site or go a bit deeper on dive #2). Open Water Diver Course (SSI) – 3 Days, €410

Get certified as a diver in Tenerife’s paradise! The SSI Open Water Diver course is a globally recognized certification and the perfect entry into scuba diving. In just three days, you’ll go from beginner to certified Open Water Diver, able to dive up to 18m anywhere in the world. This course is designed to be fun, safe, and rewarding for everyone – including people who may be a bit nervous. We take it step by step:

• Day 1:Learn dive theory through easy lessons (available online in advance or with us in-person) and get familiar with equipment. Then head to confined water (shallow bay or pool) for your first underwater breaths! You’ll practice key skills like regulator recovery, mask clearing, and buoyancy control in a calm environment.
• Days 2 & 3:Time for open water adventures! You’ll complete 4 open water dives around Tenerife under instructor supervision. Each dive, we introduce new skills and then give you time to explore. Swim through volcanic rock formations, observe schools of fish, maybe even spot a ray or a turtle. With each dive, your confidence grows! 🐢
• Throughout:Our instructors keep groups small (usually 2–4 students) so you get plenty of personal coaching. We’re right beside you as you master each skill. No rushing – everyone learns at their own pace. And yes, all instruction can be done in English, German, or Spanish.

By the end of Day 3, you’ll have mastered the fundamentals of scuba and earn your SSI Open Water Diver certification. This lifetime certification means you can now dive independently with a buddy or join guided dives up to 18m depth. It’s truly a passport to underwater adventure! Advanced Open Water (SSI Advanced Adventurer) – 5 Dives, €350

Already certified and craving more? Advance your skills with our SSI Advanced Adventurer program (equivalent to Advanced Open Water). This course is all about expanding your horizons and experiencing new types of diving under the guidance of our expert instructors. Over 2–3 days, you’ll complete 5 different adventure dives that take you beyond the basics:

• Deep Dive:Go deeper (down to 30 meters) and learn about managing depth-related effects while marveling at what lies beyond the 18m line.
• Underwater Navigation:Master the compass and natural navigation techniques so you can confidently find your way and return to the exit point.
• Wreck Dive:Explore a sunken ship! Tenerife has some fascinating wrecks – you’ll learn how to safely dive a wreck (external survey and basic penetration techniques) for an exhilarating trip into history.
• Perfect Buoyancy:Fine-tune your buoyancy control with fun underwater challenges. Great buoyancy means more effortless diving and less impact on the reef.
• Night or Low-Visibility Dive:(Optional/seasonal) Experience the ocean after dark or do an alt dive like a fish identification or boat diving Night diving reveals a whole new cast of creatures and boosts your confidence in lower visibility conditions.

Our instructor will brief you thoroughly before each dive, so you know what to expect and what skills we’ll focus on. During the dives, it’s a mix of practicing techniques and exploring the dive site. By the end of the 5 dives, you’ll not only have a ton of new memories, but you’ll also earn the SSI Advanced Adventurer certification. This proves you’ve completed advanced training and often is considered equivalent to “Advanced Open Water Diver.” It’s a big step toward more challenging dives worldwide (plus it’s a prerequisite for some specialties and the Rescue course).

Our SSI Diver Stress & Rescue course is often described as the most challenging yet most rewarding course in recreational diving. It’s all about learning to prevent and manage problems underwater – making you a more self-reliant diver and a huge asset to others. Over 2-3 days, through a mix of classroom, pool practice, and open water scenarios, you will:

• Recognize signs of stress in yourself and others before they escalate.
• Master rescue techniques for panicked or unresponsive divers at the surface and underwater.
• Practice handling common emergencies: tired diver tow, missing diver search, surfacing an unconscious diver, providing rescue breaths in water, and exiting with an injured diver.
• Learn how to administer oxygen and basic first aid specific to dive accidents (like treating decompression illness or marine life injuries).
• Build confidence by managing simulated emergency situations with your instructor guiding you.

It’s serious stuff, but we keep the learning supportive and upbeat. By course end, you’ll earn the SSI Diver Stress & Rescue certification – a big achievement that opens the door to professional training (like Divemaster) if you wish, and simply makes all your future dives safer and less stressful.

Enhance your rescue skills with First Aid

To complement Rescue Diver, we also teach SSI React Right (First Aid, CPR & Oxygen Provider) for divers. In a one-day workshop (usually scheduled just before or after your rescue course), you’ll learn essential first aid and CPR techniques, how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and how to set up & administer emergency oxygen. These skills are invaluable both in diving and everyday life. After completion, you’ll be certified as an SSI React Right First Responder. (Note: Basic first aid training is a prerequisite for the Rescue course – if you’re not already certified, we will include this in your program.)
